1. Who we are

Auction Packs Online (“we”, “us”) provides automated analysis of UK property auction legal packs at auctionpacksonline.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service is, and what it is not

The Service produces an automated written report on documents you upload, generated using artificial intelligence guided by a review framework designed by practising UK property solicitors.

The Service does not provide legal advice. No solicitor-client relationship is created between you and us, or between you and any solicitor involved in designing the Service. Reports are provided for general information only. Auction purchases are legally binding on the fall of the hammer: you should always instruct your own solicitor to review a legal pack before bidding, and you bid entirely at your own risk.

3. Accuracy and limitations

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence. While the analysis framework is designed to be thorough, automated analysis can contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations, and can only consider the documents actually uploaded. We do not warrant that any report is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You must not rely on a report as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

5. Credits and payment

Each analysis uses one credit. New accounts receive one free credit. Further credits are sold at the price shown on the site at the time of purchase, and payment is processed by Stripe. If an analysis fails to complete, the credit is refunded to your account automatically.

Because a report is bespoke digital content supplied immediately, you agree that once an analysis has been delivered your statutory 14-day cancellation right in respect of that analysis is lost. Unused credits may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.

6. Your documents

You must only upload documents you are entitled to use. Auction legal packs are typically made available by auctioneers precisely so prospective bidders can review them, including with professional assistance. Uploaded documents are held in private, access-controlled storage only while your analysis runs and are permanently deleted when it completes; only the finished report is retained in your account, and you may delete it at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer it, using it to build a competing service, submitting unlawful content, or circumventing usage limits or payment.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a report, from bidding or purchase decisions, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
